Current Shipping Information

Please Note as all our items are custom made to order, our current Christmas  turnaround time is 1-3 weeks. 


Why is it longer?

We generally source our stock from local retailers and Wholesalers, however sometimes we do need to purchase stock from overseas in the US and UK. Due to the current COVID-19 Lockdown restrictions in Australia, these items are taking longer to arrive to us due to the delays with Australia Post.

We do have a READY TO SHIP collection and a collection that is ON DEMAND if you don't want to wait and all stock is from local retailers.

This is selected stock that is purchased from local retailers which we know will be shipped to us quickly. These items are generally shipped within a week or less.

As our items are custom made to order, we do not offer exchanges or refunds so please make sure all sizes and colour choices are correct before ordering. 


We ship worldwide using Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Currently Express shipping takes 1-4 business days after the item is shipped, and standard shipping is 1-7 days within Australia.

Currently International shipping times vary, however Standard takes approximately 5-20 business days and Express takes approximately 4-14 business days. Due to the delays leaving Australia from the COVID lock down we are in.

Order Tracking
We use Australia Post for all international deliveries, which is fully trackable. You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch.

Customs Charges 

The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges. We are at no time liable for any customs charges or duties/taxes that maybe incurred for the customer to receive their order.


If in the event you refuse to take procession of your order or it sits at the post office without collection and is shipped back - I will NOT Refund as the items were still custom made for you. 

If your order needs to be resent because you were away for the delivery or incorrect address was provided, an additional post charge will need to be paid by the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, IT’S CRYSTALICIOUS® is no longer responsible or liable. IT’S CRYSTALICIOUS® is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. I am not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info, your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email me immediately. If you have any issues with shipping, you can contact and I will do our best to assist you. 

Please track your packages. IT’S CRYSTALICIOUS® has no control over what happens to your package once it is delivered. If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact AUSPOST directly.
