Our SWAROVSKI® Crystals come from directly from Austria and are made from the finest lead crystal, they are cut with such precision that they sparkle like diamonds. The sparkle comes from the light bouncing off the internal surfaces of the lead crystal. Cheaper rhinestones don’t sparkle as much as SWAROVSKI® Crystals, that is why we only use Crystals from SWAROVSKI®.
You don’t have to send your case for the customisation. The case is included in the costs online. Our designs are done on high quality cases that will fit your phone model.
You only need to send the item to us if it is a custom order such as a pair of shoes, microphone, headphones, wedding dress or phone. We can crystalize or embellish just about any item.
Each crystal is placed onto the item by hand individually and takes several hours to complete a design, on average an item is completed and shipped within 2-10 Business Days, Havaianas are generally completed within 1-3 Business Days if stock is on hand, and up to 30 Business Days if additional stock is needed from SWAROVSKI®. Shoes and Custom Items to be discussed. If you are purchasing Ready to Ship items or SWAROVSKI® Crystals they will be shipped within 1 Business Day.
Yes, they do as they are attached with an industrial strength adhesive. However, don’t drop it as the item is like Jewellery. We do include spare crystals just in case the odd 1 or 2 come off.
Yes we are happy to do repairs, it you aren’t confident to repair the item yourself. Please Email us photos of the item for a quote.
If an item has been purchased from us we generally do the repairs Free of Charge, but the customer must pay for shipping to and from.
Item’s that require repair that has been embellished by a different business originally will inccur a fee plus shipping.
Yes we guarantee our work. If you are not happy with your item we will be happy to fix it, but we are unable to give a refund on custom items or International orders.
We will only refund on Faulty workmanship not for third party faults as we have not made the item we have just modified it. We must be notified of any fault within 14 Days of receiving the item…..NO EXCEPTIONS!!! We will not replace or refund for lose of items as we are not resposible for the installation or use of the item.

You can either purchase a product or service through our Online Store or via Email us to obtain a Quote and once you are happy with the quoted price we email you an invoice with details of payment options, eg: PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, AfterPay, Laybuy, ZipPay or Sezzle. Please remember all funds must be cleared before we can start working on your item.
We also offer our customers the option to Lay-By or a Payment arrangement if you are unable to afford one of our Crystalicious® items straight away. Please choose Lay-By from the payment options. Once we have received your order I will contact you to confirm the terms of your Lay-By.
