1. Why buy your SWAROVSKI embellished items from us?

 

We are Australia's first and only Registered Trademarked specialists in this type of Bespoke service and we are an Official Branding Partner of SWAROVSKI®, so you know you are getting quality products and no imitations.

2. Why do we use SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS instead of cheaper rhinestones?  

SWAROVSKI® ELEMENTS come from Austria and are made from the finest lead crystal, they are cut with such precision that they sparkle like diamonds. The sparkle comes from the light bouncing off the internal surfaces of the lead crystal. Cheaper rhinestones don??t sparkle as much as SWAROVSKI® Crystals, that is why we only use SWAROVSKI® ELEMENTS.  

3. Can you crystallize any phone or item?  

Yes, we can crystallize just about any item.  

4. Are phones included in the service?  

No as we are offering a bespoke service, but if you require a phone to be crystallized as a new phone for a gift we will be able to help. Please Email us with the details.  

5. How long will it take to crystallize my item?  

Each crystal is placed onto the item by hand individually and takes several hours to complete a design, on average an item is completed and shipped within 7-21 Business Days and up to 30 Business Days if additional stock is needed from SWAROVSK®I. Shoes and Custom Items to be discussed. If you are purchasing Ready to Ship items or SWAROVSKI Crystals they will be shipped within 1 Business Day.  

6. How do I pay for my item?

You can either purchase a product or service through our Online Store, at our Shop or Email us to obtain a Quote and once you are happy with the quoted price we email you an invoice with details of payment options, eg: Money Order, PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer or ZipPay. Please remember all funds must be cleared before we can start working on your item.

We also offer our customers the option to Lay-By or a Payment arrangement if you are unable to afford one of our Crystalicious® items straight away. Please choose Lay-By from the drop down box and when you are asked for the PO Number, please put any random number in the box. Once we have received your order I will contact you to confirm the terms of your Lay-By.   

7. Do the crystals stay on?  

Yes, they do as they are attached with an industrial strength adhesive. However, don't drop it as the item is like Jewellery. We do include spare crystals just in case the odd 1 or 2 come off.  

8. Do you do repairs?  

Yes we are happy to do repairs, please Email us photos of the item for a quote or drop it into our shop. If an item has been purchased from us we generally do the repairs Free of Charge (Excluding Havaiana's), but the customer must pay for shipping to and from.

9. Do you offer a guarantee on your work?  

Yes we guarantee our work. If you are not happy with your item we will be happy to fix it, but we are unable to give a refund on custom items or International orders.

10. Do you refund for Faults?

We will only refund on Faulty workmanship not for third party faults as we have not made the item we have just modified it. We must be notified of any fault within 14 Days of receiving the item.....NO EXCEPTIONS!!!   

11. Do you give discounts or special offers?

Yes we do,we have monthly discounts and special offer via our Newsletter Sign-Up so please sign up via the link located at the bottom left hand side of our pages.

12. How do I claim a Facebook Offer?

Once you have received your emailed offer either bring it into our shop or to order online by entering the Coupon Code at the Checkout Page or Email what you would like with the Coupon Code in the Subject line and contact details before the expiry date and I will send you an Invoice with your updated total and the payment options.

13. Is postage included in the cost?   

Yes Standard Shipping within Australia is included in the prices. For international orders the shipping cost is is from $15.00 AUD as all orders are only shipped via Trackable International Post. There is the option to upgrade your postage to Express or Courier at Checkout.  

14. Do you take international orders?  

Yes we do. We have customers from all around the world.
