If you need your item repaired you can book it in to be repaired, pay for shipping then send it off.

The repairs are FREE for items purchased from It's Crystalicious® providing they haven't been tampered with or maliciously damaged - in this case there is a repair fee to be paid once the item is received and inspected.

 I do repair items that have been embellished else where for a fee. Once I receive the item and inspected it I will give you a quote.
