It’s Crystalicious® 1 Year Workmanship Warranty

Thank you for choosing It’s Crystalicious® - Australia’s first and leading luxury crystal embellishment brand. Each piece is individually custom finished by hand in Australia using authentic Preciosa® crystals, ensuring unmatched brilliance and lasting quality.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want you to enjoy your sparkle for years to come. Below is our warranty policy outlining what’s covered, what’s excluded, and how to make a claim.

General Warranty

All custom and ready made embellished items come with a 1 Year Workmanship Warranty, which covers:

• Excessive crystal fall out due to workmanship issues
• Adhesive or bonding defects under normal use
• Repair or reapplication of crystals within the warranty period (excluding shipping costs)

We also offer repairs for general wear and tear, as we understand some pieces are loved and used often. Each repair is personally handled by our embellishment team to ensure your item is restored to its original brilliance.

Warranty Exclusions

• Items that have been tampered with, altered, or repaired by a third party
• Damage caused by accidents, drops, or crushing
• Exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or chemicals
• Frames or accessories that have been bent, cracked, or warped from impact or improper handling
• Items exposed to harsh cleaning products, high-pressure cleaners, or water immersion

Please note: Embellished accessories and interior items should never be submerged in water or cleaned with harsh chemicals or pressure washers. Doing so will void the warranty.

Number Plate Frames Warranty

All It’s Crystalicious® Crystal Number Plate Frames come with a 12 Month Workmanship Warranty covering crystal adhesion and workmanship issues under normal driving conditions.

Exclusions for Number Plate Frames

• Cracked rhinestones caused by gravel roads or debris impact
• Bent or broken frames due to accidents or external force
• Damage from chemicals, solvents, cleaning sprays, or high-pressure cleaners
• Weathering from extreme conditions such as prolonged heat, humidity, or road debris

Our plate covers are made from premium automotive grade materials, designed to be durable and dust-resistant - but like any exterior accessory, they can experience natural wear from the elements.

Cake Toppers Warranty

All It’s Crystalicious® Cake Toppers come with a 6 Month Workmanship Warranty covering crystal adhesion and finish quality.

Exclusions for Cake Toppers

• Breakage or bending from handling, storage, or re-use
• Damage caused by food, moisture, or cleaning solutions
• Attempts to wash, soak, or wipe the topper
• Wear from insertion into cakes or icing exposure

Cake toppers are decorative display items intended for single-event use.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate promptly.

Submitting a Warranty or Repair Request

To submit a warranty claim or repair request, please email info@itscrystalicious.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and issue
• A brief description of what occurred

Once approved, we’ll arrange your repair or replacement as quickly as possible. Shipping costs to return the item are the customer’s responsibility, but the repair itself is covered within the warranty period.
