St Patrick’s Day Promotion

One lucky order placed during the promotional period will receive a full refund.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to all customers who place an order on itscrystalicious.com during the promotional period.
All products available on the It's Crystalicious® website are eligible for this promotion, including ready to ship items, sneakers, accessories, and bespoke commissions.
There is no minimum spend required to be eligible for the draw.
Multiple orders placed by the same customer during the promotional period will each count as a separate entry.
This promotion is valid for online orders only.

Please note: This promotion is contingent on a minimum of 5 orders being placed during the promotional period. If fewer than 5 orders are received, It's Crystalicious® reserves the right to extend the promotional period or cancel the promotion entirely. All customers will be notified by email if this occurs.

How It Works

No entry form or separate sign up is required. Every order placed on itscrystalicious.com between Thursday 12th March 8:00am AEDT and Monday 16th March 11:59pm AEDT is automatically entered into the draw.
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible orders placed during the promotional period.
The winner will be personally contacted by Nicole via the email address provided at checkout on Tuesday 17th March 2026.
The winning order will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the winner being notified.
The refund will cover the full order value including any products purchased. Shipping costs are included in the refund.

Winner & Refund

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible orders by It's Crystalicious®.
The winner will be notified by email on Tuesday 17th March 2026. It's Crystalicious® will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner may be selected at the discretion of It's Crystalicious®.
The prize (full order refund) is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit beyond the full order refund value.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
All other orders placed during the promotional period will be processed and fulfilled as normal, regardless of the draw outcome.

All orders count. Whether you order a pair of crystal sneakers or a bespoke commission, your order is automatically in the draw. Nicole will be handcrafting every order personally from her Sydney studio as usual - the lucky winner simply gets theirs for free.

General Terms

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, promotional offers, or loyalty rewards.
It's Crystalicious® standard Returns & Warranty policy applies to all orders placed during this promotional period.
It's Crystalicious® reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
By placing an order during the promotional period, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
