Refund policy

At It’s Crystalicious®, each piece is custom made just for you, tailored to your specific requirements. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with your chosen design, color, or options. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, you must contact us in writing (via email, text, or message) within 1 hour of placing your order, quoting your name and order number. After this time, your order enters production and can no longer be changed or canceled. All approved cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover payment processing charges, which are non refundable.


Workmanship Guarantee:

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with a proven defect in workmanship (not caused by damage during use or mishandling), you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. Claims after this period will not be accepted. In the rare case a workmanship fault is verified, we will offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
We will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items that have been damaged after delivery, tampered with, or altered in any way.

Shipping and Returns:

If a return is approved (for a verified workmanship fault only), you are responsible for return shipping costs, using a trackable, insured service. We do not refund shipping fees under any circumstances, including where free shipping was provided on your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

All items are non-returnable due to their custom nature. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom footwear
  • Custom accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear and swimwear
