Caring for Your Crystal-Embellished Pieces

Every It's Crystalicious® piece is handcrafted with authentic Preciosa® crystals, each one individually set by hand. Cared for well, your crystals will hold their brilliance for years - a little attention now protects the beauty of your investment for the long term.

Cleaning

Do

Gently wipe crystals with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to lift dust and fingerprints.
For stubborn marks, use a barely damp cloth - lightly moist, never wet.
Allow your piece to air dry completely before storing.

Avoid

Soaking or submerging your piece in water.
Ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaners, and abrasive cloths.
Household sprays, alcohol based products, acetone, or perfume applied directly to crystals.

Storage

Keep your piece in the dust bag or box provided to guard against scratching.
Store away from direct sunlight and heat, which can weaken adhesive bonds over time.
Lay flat or stand upright - never stack heavy items on embellished surfaces.
Keep apart from other jewellery or hard accessories that could cause friction.

What to Avoid

Water & moisture - Not designed for rain, pools, the ocean, or the shower. Prolonged moisture weakens crystal adhesion.
Chemicals - Keep away from sunscreen, hairspray, perfume, and cleaning products.
Friction & pressure - Avoid rubbing embellished areas against rough surfaces or pressing on the crystals.
Heat - Never leave in a hot car or near a direct heat source.

Handling

Hold your piece by the non embellished areas wherever possible.
Dress last: apply makeup, perfume, and hairspray before putting on your shoes or accessories.
For footwear, avoid rough terrain and wet conditions.

Warranty & Crystal Loss

We stand behind the quality of everything we create. Your warranty covers manufacturing defects and crystal loss under normal wear.

Crystal loss caused by water, chemicals, heat, or excessive friction falls outside warranty. If you notice crystal loss under normal use, contact us with photos and your order details - every case is assessed individually and with care.
