We are unable to refund/exchange as all orders are custom made specifically for you. If you have any questions please get in touch with us.
We will refund your money if the item is misrepresented in the advertising or our workmanship is proven faulty within 7 days of receiving your item. We will not refund if item is dropped or tampered with as all items are packed and sent in perfect condition.
All orders that are cancelled/refunded incur a 15% cancellation fee - this is unavoidable as it is the standard fee charged by the company.
Order cancellations or changes must be made in writing via Email, Message or Text quoting your name Order #, within 12 hours from placing your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge and 15% re-stocking fee) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different style / colour if preferred - for exchanges the additional postage cost must be paid for by the customer.
Some products are non-returnable; these are clearly marked with a " * " next to the product name.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Under Wear or Swimwear.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged/refunded.
We only replace items if the workmanship is defective. There will be NO Refund/Exchange for 3rd party items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an Email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you the details on what to do next.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, including FREE Shipping items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
